Whether you know me personally or not, as you read this book, consider me your friend. This book was written with that understanding on my end. 

 

This book is designed to remind you of positive ideas and concepts when you need them most, like those from a good friend with some choice words in your times of need. The concepts here are far from my own. They’ve been taught to me over the years by friends, family, and historically great thinkers. To be clear, I am both interpreting and of course paraphrasing their words as simply as I can for you. 

 

These words have helped to shape me and can serve as a toolkit for navigating both the easier and more challenging times of my life. I hope they are useful to you on your journey.
